Our live sourdough started is created with love. It is an Organic Spelt based sourdough starter made from local certified Organic Spelt flour. This sourdough started is a true sourdough made from capturing wild yeasts.
Although it is spelt flour based you can use whatever flour you have on hand. This starter comes with a booklet on how to look after it and some handy recipes.
