Our spelt flour is wholegrain and stoneground, freshly milled from Certified Organic spelt grown on our family farm. It has a lovely nutty flavour and is highly nutritious- great as a substitute to plain flour in most baking.

Our flour is best used fresh and has a six week shelf life, particularly over summer. Pop it in the fridge for up to three months if you don’t think you’ll use it within 6 weeks.
