Stoneground, wholegrain flour milled to order from Certified Organic Triticale grown on our farm. Triticale is a wheat/rye cross which is delicious in all sorts of baking.
Triticale flour is lower in gluten with a caramel and nutty flavour, making it perfect for cakes, biscuits, crackers, pastry or for adding flavour to breads.
Our flour is best used fresh and has a six week shelf life, particularly over summer. Pop it in the fridge or freezer to extend its shelf life.
