Our animals are important to us and we treat them as such. The well being of the animals is the number one priority in the management of the farm. The cows as shown, are moved to fresh pasture often.

Good quality water is always available and shade where possible. We have an ongoing program of planting more trees on the farm, no only for shade but also for wind breaks. We never chase our cows around however sometimes they chase us around, just because they are curious.

When it is time to convert an animal for the table, the treatment is the same. They are not trucked with other cows and pushed about. They are transported by a local farmer in a trailer, keeping the animal as calm as we can.
