Healthy salted caramel smoothie

I am a super busy mum which means the only time I can go to the gym is at night once the kids are in bed. I don’t like to eat a heavy meal before the gym. So I choose Bare Blends Plant Protein as my before gym meal.

Tonight a made a “Salted Caramel” smoothie. It is delicious! It tastes amazing and is soooo healthy!

Here is how I made it…

250ml – Milk of choice. (I use Almond)
3tbs – Bare Blends Plant Protein powder
1 tsp – Maca powder
1 tsp – Reishi Mushroom powder
1 tbs – Almond butter
2 Mejool dates
Pinch of pink salt
Handful of ice

Blend until smooth.
